Biyernes (Friday)

Bag: Gucci Watch: Movado Shoes: Vince Jeans: AG   Top: Brandy Melville

Last Friday was an absolute delight as I reunited with my friend Jana for lunch, someone I hadn’t had the pleasure of seeing in quite a while. We decided to treat ourselves by heading to our all-time favorite dim sum spot nestled within the Galleria, the largest mall in Houston. What made this outing even more exciting was the fact that almost every store was having a special sale that week – an opportunity we couldn’t resist capitalizing on. You see, I have a fondness for finding great deals. I tend to gravitate towards reasonably priced clothing, although I must confess that every now and then, something truly captivating catches my eye, and, well, I can’t resist indulging a bit (Who am I kidding? I’m practically a magpie for everything I lay my eyes on! Haha).

On a more serious note, after we’d successfully quenched our shopping thirst, we made our way to the captivating waterfall wall located across the mall – an iconic spot that’s definitely worth checking out if you ever find yourself in Houston. The day itself was a picture-perfect blend of sunshine and a gentle, crisp breeze. An ideal backdrop for our little impromptu photoshoot for my blog. The natural lighting was working its magic. For my ensemble, I opted for black jeans – a versatile choice that complemented my cool, lightweight white sweatshirt from Brandy Melville, rounded off with my trusty black Vince shoes.

As the golden hour started to wane, it was time for me to head home and pick up my daughter from school. So, dear reader, how do you prefer to embark on your shopping adventures? Do you relish the solitude of solo shopping or delight in the camaraderie of friends’ company? And those special sales – do they have you eagerly planning your shopping strategy, or do they simply breeze past you without much notice? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this matter that’s close to every fashion-conscious heart.

Wishing you all a splendid day filled with fashion and fantastic moments, Cindy
